Clear, and insightful, Dave has a unique talent for piercing the fog of complex problems and leading folks towards smarter questions to ask and impactful actions to take. I've learned a great deal of things watching Dave lead one of the largest design practices at RBC. He had made an unmistakable impact on his team and greatly advanced the practice of Design at RBC.
